Zinc plated U-Bolt carrier secures tire on tongue or frame up to 3" (7.62cm) wide. May be used on 4 or 5 hole rims. Will fit all 8" - 14" (20.32cm-35.56cm) and most 15" (38.1cm) wheels. Will prevent theft of spare tire. Does not include lock.
